The Brodie does “pet life” perfectly. Our upscale apartments in South Austin have lots of green spaces for your furry friends to enjoy, plus an expansive pet park and a refreshing pet cleaning station. We welcome well-behaved cats and dogs, with a maximum of two pets per apartment home. Our one-time pet fee is $500, with a monthly pet rent of $35 per pet.
